Absolutely amazing - I can’t even do justice to the experience with just words.
Choreographing Yoga to live and totally consuming, specially composed pieces by composer Graeme Stewart and played by the Ulster Orchestra right behind me - spine tingling!!
Why did this project happen?
To support everyone that has an interest in music, Yoga and well-being for World Well-Being Week 2021.
3 videos for practice on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
It took many weeks of work, preparation, practice and editing to get the final versions to what we have released.
We hope you love them as much as we do!

A mindful approach to your well being - with a new experience. We only found one place in the world online that had combined Yoga to Orchestral live music - but I have to say, the orchestra have excelled and made this an experience I will never forget. This has been one of the best experiences of my life, and I have to say…it was WAY better than the other we found!!
I truly hope you enjoy listening to the music, watching the practice (knowing that I am just buzzing with gratitude and out of this world joy), and I invite you to join me with my own Yoga practice to feel and flow to the music.
I have intended the progress over the 3 sessions to grow.
The first is more mobilising and relaxing, the second more playful and the third more powerful…earning your relaxation.
They can be what you want them to be.
Check out the information with each to set the intention and background for each session.
Then create your quiet space and if you have time, watch it through first - then get comfy on your mat and practice with me.
Immerse yourself in the sounds with the flow of your movements.
